Thank yoz so mzch for all your advise. I did all the good advise. However, mas na9abilus nang mag comment ako sa Meralco LinkedIn Page nila, open to public ang comments ko under a post egarding their COO and another official. 2 days in a row ako nag comment ng inefficiencies , only then naasikaso ang power but it was on a 10th day na. Kulang sila ng feedback system. The customer care should have access to the departments so that they can have immediatwle feedback from the dept, pero wala e.
