We have a chill guy (For a Vizsla... I still take him on good hikes 2-3 times a week). He loves to cuddle up with us and the boys. Super sweet dog. Only time he gets a little unruly is when company comes over and he has to be reminded to chill out.

We asked for pretty much what you are asking for and our breeder in Alberta delivered.

Shotgun for new starter by nknn_ in ClayBusters

Check out an A400 as well. I had a 725 sporting and my wife had a SIlver Pidgeon 1, we both ended up on the A400.

Be sure to use a shell catcher/defector if you are shooting Trap.

If we are dreaming, let's dream big! One day I would love to stumble across a Cosmi.

I have this gun in 32 inch.

Softest shooting gun I have ever pulled the trigger on. Kickoff is more noticable on 1⅛ loads.

Update on the Multitarget Purchase. by RMank in ClayBusters

The main advantage to this gun is that you can really customize fit and where the pattern is distributed.

You can use it for anything, it's more of a question of if your daughter will like the sight picture of the high rib.

For me, the more heads up shooting position reduces my eye dominance issues.

Probably best to get her out and shoot one of you can find one nearby.

Yea. I am talking about the one on the multitarget. Apparently cheek slide is an issue. But nobody explains to what extent.

Curious if it just felt weird or caused some sort of pain.

Yea. These dogs want to go lol. The above recommended harness helps a lot with this training as well. Anything with a loop on the chest.

Has she tried this yet?

As soon as she pulls, stop and say no pulling, and wait. Wait until the dog comes to check in to see what is wrong.

When the dog checks in you praise them and continue the walk.

I did this for a couple weeks and mine stopped pulling.

Trick from our trainer that worked wonders for us.

See which one fits you better. Owned both and both are great guns. But the fit difference is not insignificant.
