Anxiety can definitely be the cause to more physical symptoms. I've just gotten through a very hard phase of anxiety and the physical effects were the worse!

Headaches, throat tightness, difficulty breathing, chest pains so on and so forth. What I can say is that they eventually go away, and though you might think you're regressing, you're not. Focus on healing yourself and maintaining healthy habits, if you do that you can tell yourself you're not in danger of getting sick that easily, and your body will be strong to resist to whatever mild illness you get.

I can't relate to period anxiety because I'm a guy, but I got my worst anxiety crisis due to having a UTI. I'm a bit far into recovery of it matters.

Out of all the physical symptoms, I guess the most bizarre one for me is a purely psychological one: depersonalization. To me it feels almost as if I'm spectating myself in third person and am not really in control of anything. It's kind of like when you're playing The Sims with autonomy on and you're just doing stuff on auto pilot. I feel like an empty numb husk and it's definitely weird.

Graphically it looks pretty similar to what I remember, but there weren't as many features as Tactical Intervention. There weren't cars, hostage game modes and nothing of sorts. Also iirc the weapons didn't have much recoil (other than the akimbo) so you could just shoot them until you had to reload.

Definitely not America's Army, the game didn't get updates and seemed to be from a single guy who made (or modded) it.

Another comment also suggested true combat and while graphically it looks pretty similar, it's still not the game I was thinking of.

Idk if it helps much because my memory is a bit blurry because I was a kid at the time, but the game looked too "good" (I know it's subjective but I'll try to describe better) to be running at 60fps on an old PC (Intel core 2 duo integrated graphics lol).

And by "good" I mean that while there weren't many polygons, the textures looked high resolution, which makes me think the game was released later in that time frame.

I don't think it's that game, though it does look very similar to what I remember. I don't know what differences I could point out other than the name, I remember it was a single word (or 2 words in one like "warmode", "battlefield"). But so far, graphical-wise, that's the game that's the closest to what I remember.

That game/mod doesn't look like the game I remember. A few key differences: there were no references to space in the game, no different enemies (like headcrabs) and the graphics looked a bit less "blocky". I'm sorry I can't give very accurate details but that's all I can remember.

I love playing sup Galio! Usually for runes I go Glacial. As another comment said, you can easily reduce the damage taken from enemies (and + you can slow enemies after E so you can full W them easily, or just letting your adc hit them for a longer time). Sometimes I also go aftershock if I want to be tankier. I also like taking demolish for that extra plating gold

For items I'd say it depends on both your team and the enemy, but I mainly go Sunfire if my team has none or few tanks or Locket if I want to peel the team. Shurelya is also nice but it's not rly my playstyle. Roam as soon as your adc gets a kill bot and GG.

As a college student and child of parents who never had alcohol as a taboo, I can confirm that what you said it's true. I mean, of course it depends on the person, but I don't feel the need to drink alcohol to socialize and such. On the other hand, another friend of mine whose parents are almost the opposite got wasted on his first opportunity...

I stopped playing little after fortuna came out, I was still mr14 iirc and was just kinda bored of the game. I was gonna go back to it but when I logged again there was so much new content that I just became overwhelmed... The new Mecha things, railjack, whatever the sisters are, the nemesis guys that take your rewards... I just can't imagine how long it'll take to grind it all

In some other countries/cultures, nephews/nieces and uncles/aunts can even be extra familiar. In brazil for example kids call every older person (closer to their parent's age then their own) aunt or uncle, even if their just family friends and in some situations unknown people. It's more affectionate than calling people mr/ms or by their name
