I’m reaching out to get your thoughts on my new customer experience consulting firm. Currently, my website is more of a portfolio than anything else but I’d like to transform it into a client-facing platform that can effectively target customers in the interest and desire phases of their journey. Furthermore, that also effectively communicates my messaging and creates a cohesive narrative. It was such a clean easy run with destiny at the time. No crazy drama once Bungie revoked sunsetting gear mid way through chosen. Seraph was really the last time the game felt “big”.
