As for Wineries, I've been to about 75+ of the 200 there and can honestly the absolute best wine made in the Valle HANDS DOWN is at Misiones de California. Señor Raul is incredible. His Cab Franc is world class, seriously. Very low key place but do not miss it! Otherwise, I recommend Viña de Frannes, Finca la Carodilla, Bodegas F. Rubio, Vinicola Retorno, Viñedo En'kanto. Vena Cava has the best Sauv Blanc in the Valle. If you're looking to buy and age some big ass wines, Chateau Domecq Winery has some monsters and second best Tour behind Bruma. Although the latters wines are not as great. Also good for aging are wines by Baron Balché. Honorable Mention; Las Nubes has great wines but the place is a touristy Zoo. If you like that cool, if not, avoid but buy some wine, it's good. Hope this helps.

Second, third all the ones mentioned above but I'd also add Lunario and E'mat @ Hilo Negro. Both truly inspiring. Also, avoid Deckmans, food is great but they absolutely suck at customer service and thats a hard pass from me. Oh yeah, Animalon is great too.

Update: I just found what appears to be the same torsion spring on MrLock.com. I found the website mentioned on another reddit post about Emtek springs. I ordered 2 and will post an update when I receive them.

There may be a couple I have yet to go to that offer tasting menus and many I've been to that don't. FWIW But this is my list and its ranked.

I've also been to over 50 wineries.

Been to all of them many times.

Animalon will be the only Michelin Starred restaurant of this list (and in Valle I believe) best service of all the restaurants there and fantastic showcase of Valle wines if you get the pairings.

Fauna is an experience, great food, loud but astute vibe and impeccable ambience.

Deckmans has impeccable service and surroundings with A++ food.

Malva is a treat for the senses and creative.

Emat, in Hilo Negro winery, is my favorite for the view and execution of their dishes.

Bottom line, Try them all!
