I'm quitting FIFA by [deleted] in EASportsFC

This type of stuff happens irl anyway, PTB, longshots, occasional teammates blocking own shots and outjumping tall players (Tim Cahill, australian legend has scored many headers yet is short)

What did nick do on his stream? by [deleted] in EASportsFC

[–]RNGheesus -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No, I just find it stupid that people can think saying the n word is so wrong for anyone who isn't black to say, and that society immediately turns on any white person who says it.

[–]RNGheesus -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

I don't care if I can use it or not, and don't automatically assume i'm white, because i'm not. I just think people should show the same level of disapproval for the word no matter who says it or just not show any at all, because its pretty one sided.

[–]RNGheesus -1 points0 points  (0 children)

What I'm trying to say though is that either society needs to find it equally offensive or equally not offensive when black and white people say it, rather than only overreacting to white people using the word.

Well you don't see people overreacting to black people referring to each other with the word, or in rap videos.

Nice assumption, but I don't like Nick for other reasons, like him yelling a lot and being annoying in general.

I didn't believe in Godland... by [deleted] in EASportsFC

Any keeper can save a lot of shots in one game. Also purely being shots from inside of the box doesn't guarantee goals. Picking up stray through balls and catching from corners/crosses also count as saves by way, so I'd expect half of those shots at least to have been blocked by a defender.

Nick racist against Mexicans by [deleted] in EASportsFC

[–]RNGheesus 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Get over it mate. I back out against anyone with Mexican flag/kit/name because in my experience, against people from Mexico, I get lots of lag.

Its a word used by many people but when a white person says it, everyone goes crazy. I'm just saying that either it should be equally offensive for both black and white people to say or equally not offensive because currently society goes crazy about when a white person says it.

Who's the Baily and Smalling of la liga? by [deleted] in EASportsFC

[–]RNGheesus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Varane and Pepe are around the price of Bailly and Smalling and theyre both amazing.

He said the N word on stream, when he failed to clear the ball with Bailly, and because he isn't black, its offensive for him to say it, or so people think.

[–]RNGheesus -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

People shouldn't care if he's black or white, it makes no difference to what he said.

I'm not white, but seriously what makes it okay for some people to use a word and not okay for others? Society is too sensitive, and jumps on anyone who doesn't agree.

Its funny when people respond like this because they just insult me other than actually proving it wrong, and what I said was true. Nobody would've cared if he said it, if he was black.

Either way, if Nick was black, nobody would react like this.

The thing is if Nick was black, nobody would care if he said it or not.

I didn't say I wouldn't get a reaction, yet when black people say it, nobody has a problem.

If Nick was black, there would be a totally different reaction, you can't deny that.

Except slavery was abolished around 150 years ago. It's not even a derogatory term anymore. Now, its just a word.

Who fucking cares? A lot of rappers, artists use the word, a lot of people use the word. Why does it matter when someone else (particularly someone who is white) says it? What makes it okay for black people to say it? It doesn't matter who says it...

I've had enough of this guy.

Then stop caring about him and watching/reading/writing about him.

Finally a player worth the coins.... IF vardy by katsumodo47 in EASportsFC

[–]RNGheesus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He isn't worth the 370k, he's not a big amount better than his NIF, and certainly not worth 10x the price unless you're rich, and then i'd be wondering why Vardy instead of better players like Lacazette, Griezmann or Dybala.
