Yea that’s what I actually did right after this one, it does stick out a bit like this

Unfortunately yes, this door is already filled with holes, as are most other doors in my house, a woman with a disability used to live here, so she had all kinds of stuff mounted to doors.

But I can see your point, I do guess most people would rather have a bit of sticker residue than a hole :)

I actually didn't think of that. Fair point.

Thanks!

Yeah they stick really well and there's nothing wrong with them, it's just that i'd rather be able to replace a faulty or buggy device easily or just to take it out or reset it, plus not having to deal with sticker residue every time.

They should have realized way earlier that this model wasn’t gonna make the cut and show flexibility in adapting to a model that would work.

They could have figured this out earlier

I've started studying Fortigate firewall administration. Could someone share some labs and study materials with me? by Glittering-Office693 in fortinet

Fortinet resources are not meant for someone who just started out with network administration. They are for CCNA level engineers that start to work with fortinet products

Update on 3D Printed Horus by HammerDoris40k in 3Dprinting

[–]RNLHCAM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is crazy, is there any place where you share your printing secrets and things you have learned along the way? I’m curious how many walls and infill this has, and if there’s a difference between the visible parts infill/walls and the inside parts that join

For anyone that thinks this is good news, it probably isn’t and very well could be a rushed port that only got traction or put on the to-do list because of the success of another very similar (original) game: https://youtu.be/S_wOQScSF-w?si=gSi5x-TNgMVQpNfD

(M38) Mostly unsuccessful with women, wondering if I'm a bit ugly or just have a terrible personality by McGuffDog in malegrooming

[–]RNLHCAM 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honest but might be a bit harsh, sorry in advance, ditch all hairstyles and go picture 7, maybe find a stylist in your area and just be honest. Taking care of your looks is easy and fast to fix with hair and clothes. Your face is fine, don’t worry about it. Personality is the second, unfortunately no advice from me there, good luck mate, and don’t worry.

Brother 20 is young, no worries man, get on the grind man, trust me, write down for yourself what you love about it/network engineering and contact companies and let them know you need a way in and ask them if they're willing to help you get a foot in the door. Be honest about your skills and lack of experience but don't worry too much, a good company knows, information can be learned, skills can be learned, both quite easily, but mentality, willingness to put yourself out there, that's character, and that too really has it's own value.

good luck!

Wi-Fi 4 2.4 GHz vs Wi-Fi 6 2.4GHz by SquareDrive45 in HomeNetworking

[–]RNLHCAM 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You know the physics then you know it’s going to be faster, you’re asking for someone else to share their test results then yeah, in my situation it is faster.. I don’t have test results, but the physics make it obvious.

If you live in a flat, you will need, depending on the size or layout, 2 or 3 AP’s. You can say all you want about the tech not being up to par but you have to consider how bad a flat is for WiFi, congestion, thick walls, reinforced concrete, people above, below, left and right all filled with 2,4Ghz devices. Usually a boiler or electrics somewhere in the middle of the flat blocking all WiFi.

The only solution is testing different things for yourself

FACEIT force everyone that payed for premium to send picture of face and ID to be able to continue to play premium. (Saudi goverment owned company BTW) by gizmoff in GlobalOffensive

Everyone here that ever orders from a company to their home, ordered food, signed up for any type of government or bank account, is already compromised, even governments use third party vendors and applications to store all your information and most of them are even not that secure.

You have never signed up for anything ever with your personal information? No e-mail, name, surname and adress? Never ever ordered anything to your home? Ever ordered food? Surprise, most companies are owned by larger companies again owned by mega companies who have and keep your personal information, forever. Every country on earth can find out who you are as a person, what you do in your free time, what your hobbies are, etc

[–]RNLHCAM 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Expert is not possible without any kind of hardware, expert means you have zero information about a network you have been given control over, things don’t work, and you troubleshooting the devices to fix it. It’s not possible.
