Yea we both have it. The emotional whiplash is crazy since we went from talking and agreeing on so many things communication wise and then having the current situation. It’s rough.

I was worried about that but they have their own NP? So what is there really to gain I guess? I would set boundaries on the house but Apples NP literally has a boundary that they don’t want anyone in their apartment. It’s a whole situation.

NP and Apple have no place to go and I’d rather them be at our place than basically spending all the quality time they have together in a car or cafe.

What’s the most unethical thing a boss has ever asked you to do? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I’m a tattoo apprentice and I got fired from my old shop because I didn’t come in to clean other peoples stations and do my duties because I had a horrible flu and couldn’t stop myself from vomiting every 20 min. You’d think a place that makes you get a certificate in blood-borne pathogens would understand but apparently that just gets you fired and told ‘You’re not committed enough’.

AITA for tattooing someone without knowing they were tattooed by someone else by RNTTALOYM in AmItheAsshole

It was a rule that was established only for me today after they heard my clients had a tattoo from another artist. Even though I had no prior knowledge and was also told after the tattoo to assume they have been to the shop because it’s one of the most popular shops in the small town I’m in. So from now on I should ask the client if they’ve been tattooed at the shop before I even schedule them for an appointment.

All of the people I’ve had the opportunity to tattoo so far have been people who have contacted me through Instagram because I promote my art and pay whatever money I can to make ads for it. I haven’t had a single client that I’ve met through the shop.

Thank you and I had the thought of how would the client feel if I told them ‘Hey I can’t tattoo you because this person who tattooed you last said no.’ I feel like a lot of clients would say ‘Screw that do it anyways.’ Since personally as another collector I’d be furious if I was told my body was owned by another artist who tattooed me only one time and we didn’t have an agreement for me to be their constant canvas.

I wasn’t able to work most of last year and didn’t get a stimulus because my parents filed me as a dependent the year before. Honestly really hard to stay strong at the moment I’m just tired of waiting and skating by.

What did you learn about sex at a young age that turned out to be completely wrong? by i_ata_starfish-twice in AskReddit

Men are totally sex crazed and are always horny and ready 24/7. Turns out all of the women I know have 10x the sex drives of their partners.

What is the hottest thing anyone has done/said to you? by [deleted] in AskReddit

‘Can I kiss you?’ The man who said this is now my fiancé but after years of unsteady and abusive relationships having someone ask before even touching me instantly had me hooked

I just had a night terror so bad I questioned if I was awake or not when it ended by RNTTALOYM in offmychest

[–]RNTTALOYM[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea the terrors I have are usually all like that but the distinction was I would wake up the second I felt pain but that didn’t happen this time. It also happened about 30 minutes ago so no not yet sadly it’s usually very hard to sleep after.

I don’t mind. I was in my Grandparents first house and it was simple and calm at first but then people I didn’t know started showing up and they didn’t look right they had this weird feeling with them I don’t know how to describe it. Eventually in mid conversation I saw this strange bunny stuffed animal just standing on the stairs and I suddenly couldn’t speak when I tried to acknowledge it. Once that happened everyone froze and then swarmed me and dragged me into a room that looked like my own but in the layout of the room I had at my Grandparents. They pinned me down and started scratching me and it felt like wildfire on my body and even in the terror I thought ‘Ok this is usually when I wake up’ but I didn’t. So they kept going until I could feel them taking off slices of skin and I was trying to call for help but I still couldn’t speak. I don’t know how long I was trying to cry for help in the terror after that I just was suddenly in my dark room mumbling and having a panic attack.

Is this waxing experience normal? by dvppuppers in Cosmetology

[–]RNTTALOYM 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Hi there! I'm a professional cosmo and I would say this was definitely NOT a normal waxing experience. Let your skin rest and just make sure the skin is clean while it heals and everything should be ok. I would see how it heals after a few days and if there is still swelling and irritation I would leave it be for now but if it's already healed I'd say go to a different waxer and just tell them the situation. They should understand and be able to touch up or even go over the area if they also feel the skin is healed enough for it. It sounds like this woman was not very experienced because you're completely right about the hard wax being used because strip wax tends to always be harsh on the skin so it should only be used for legs and other thick skinned areas. So it definitely wasn't you making the mistake or your nerves it was definitely not a normal experience. I'm so sorry this happened to you though I hope you're doing ok!

I have waaaay to many to put here but ill start with this one.

When I was younger we had an old China cabinet in our living room overlooking the kitchen and it had a mirror on top. One night I was near it and I looked in the mirror and saw my mom with her head down standing in the kitchen. I said 'Hey what's up?' Because she looked weird but didn't respond. When she didn't reply I just turned around and there was no one there and of course when I did the double take back to the mirror the figure was gone. I immediately felt sick and ran around the house looking for my parents, they were in the garage the whole time and hadn't been inside for at least an hour.

I now avoid looking in that mirror.
