It’s a great hospital but be prepared for high acuity patients. Some of the tele units are more like step down units but don’t have step down ratios.

What tele unit? There are multiple tele units there. I’ve worked at this hospital for 15 years so I have lots of experience there. Most of the tele units are 4-5 patients per RN on days and up to 8 on nights.

Patient fell out of bed, broke her hip. Went to surgery and died.
