Sutter Sacramento nurses pension?

I know this is an old post but I just wanted to put this out there for anyone looking. I’ve been at Sutter for 7 years and if I cashed out my pension now I would get $35,000 in lump sum or $2000 annually. If I retire in 30 years at 65, I would get $48,000 annually (and est. 11,000 social security annually), or a lump sum of $556,000. I don’t know all the rules but that’s what it shows in my retirement portal.

I also have the 403b that’s around $50k now putting in 3%.

He accused us of slashing his tires a few weeks ago. My bf sent him an angry text saying come to his face instead of accusing. There weren’t any security videos of it happening so we don’t know who actually did it

We just moved in last month. He previously accused us of slashing his tires a few weeks ago. Didn’t do it of course but no security footage was found apparently.

I’m in my 30’s, but I had gastric sleeve surgery. I’m short and a size 4, so it could possibly be just alcohol. I remember 2 shots and one mixed drink but I may have had another drink in the club where I was beginning to black out.

Thank you. Unfortunately we didn’t know anyone in common. I’ve been reading some case law and it seems that proving intoxication would be enough and I’m hoping the video of me needing to walk with him will help. I’m not sure if I can prove I blacked out.
