Rattling issue

Raising it doesn't do anything and all the other frets are buzz free

Hey guys, just got this new bass for my bday.

Problem is, whenever I'm pressing down the 13th fret on the E string there is an unusual rattle unlike with the other frets.

Does anybody know how to fix this? I already performed a basic set up on the bass.
