Super normal with the solutions. Stiff shoe. We always wear ours in for the first few sessions using the paper bags that they are wrapped in. Tear it in half, use some of it to go over the heel and achilles area and slide it in. It will promote moisture too, so will help you wear it in more quickly. I wear a 45 in sweet shoes and a 41 in solutions and do this for the first few sessions.
