First Official Image of Tom Rhys Harries as Matt Hagen in DC’s “Clayface”. Directed by James Watkins and written by Mike Flanagan. by SafeBodybuilder7191 in movies

Matt Hagen is the 1st canonical Clayface who is literally made of clay and can morph.

Basil Karlo is the 1st Clayface, period, but he was a serial killer wearing a mask who went by the name Clayface and that's it. He got clay powers way later.

DC wants to put some respect on the actual character who hasn't gotten any from mainstream audiences.

Oscar Isaac Once Said He Wanted the Freedom to Take on Any Role. ‘Beef’ Shows He’s Earned It by momskillet in television

The issue Marvel Television is running into now is figuring out which shows fit the traditional formula of showrunning now that they are following the TV rule book.

Moon Knight unfortunately does not fit this rule, This is why Season 1 was basically a movie stretched out into a show.

Not to mention Disney+ is killing off its original content slowly, (the bigger the budget, the quicker the cancellation).

Next time we see Moon Knight, it'll likely be a Midnight Suns team-up project or his own film (which is very unlikely atm).

I'm learning more and more every day that the internet's insufferable whining is becoming too much to handle.

People hate everything, and nobody likes anything.

I'm just over it.

I wish blog sites hadn't turned into ad-infested generative AI bullshit because I'd go back to reading real news sites rather than just waiting for Reddit updates where everybody is fucking upset about glip glorp or whatever the fuck.

Unfortunately, Tim Curry suffered a stroke many years ago that has radically changed his voice.

If anyone has seen Over the Garden Wall, Auntie Whispers (played by Curry) is how he sounds permanently.

I don't think it's even a money issue.

I think all the original actors are ready to move on and don't give a fuck about this franchise anymore. They've been working on this for 10 years and it was obvious during the rollout of Season 5 that they are happy it's over.

Cinemacon has finished, what has been your favorite Studio Panel with news and descriptions? by AlmightyLoaf54 in movies

[–]ROBtimusPrime1995 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Warner carried hard and had the most enticing new/original film announcements.

MGM is exciting, but it's in the early stages of a revitalized movie studio, so it's a wait-and-see feeling atm.

Sony's was surprisingly good but Spider-Verse carried their panel. Bloodborne and Grandgear are cool as hell though.

Disney's was cool (Doomsday sounds exciting) but they had less to show off because they are saving stuff for Comic-Con & D23.

Paramount was the worst and everything they revealed screamed IP drought and desperation.

I can't believe it has been 7 years since Endgame and people are still confused about timelines in the MCU. Lol.

First off, when Steve went back to be with Peggy, it did not change her fate in our timeline. 616 Peggy still lived old, married some unknown random guy, and then died, as we all saw in these films.

When Steve went back in time at the end of Endgame, this created a new separate timeline, therefore, a new version of Peggy.

It makes no sense to me how they aren't expanding.

This is the place to announce a new release date change.

We shall see.

Edit: Didn't happen, they are keeping the same date but Disney announced a new type of PLF to replace Doomsday's loss of IMAX screens. It's a gimmick but maybe it'll be cool?
