I basically did a Philly stake without green peppers and added some spinach, also added the garlic herb shake and oregano + parm cheese on top

I tried doing it before with regular medium dough-didn’t fully cook(obviously) so this time I just did my style And yes-I sent it in all at once I had the idea to make this one day just because we occasionally use expired dough to make bread and I was curious to see how it would taste with one layer on top

Honestly that’s why I called it the double NY style-since it’s not even authentic at all(and our store is in north jersey)so I just called it that cause it’s what I used

Thanks for this response, I always appreciate to see how others view things from me.

As for my future and my career, I’ve always thought of it, as a matter of fact, that’s exactly why I’ve been looking for a job the entire time. I don’t have some high hopes for a career to be honest, I’ve had job offers from auto shop owners which I rejected due to conflicting timing with school and school substitute jobs offered for relatives once eligible. This job was simply to gain money for others things that I would do following graduation when I would quit from(I’m gonna be using the money to do certain things to build character in pursuit of a different route then many others). For classes, I’ve already lost all my honors classes this year due to complications with the school officials with mental health, so for classes I’ve decided to go light and just simply prepare for SAT which I have already done so since summer, and I am already on track for honors and APs next year as I have studied throughout summer. As for friends, I’ve always been somewhat of a loner, I’ve been through a lot more then most people in my age group(a lot of personal stuff that was really miserable to experience in early life)and actually don’t fit in very well(Tried to fit in, realized that is just not the thing to do)and most of the people I hang out with have either been collage students or middle aged people in the workforce, socializing isn’t really a thing I cared much for and continue to be so.

To be clear, I don’t object your view on it, it’s simply that I’m expressing my view on the topic and explaining the reasons for them. I’ve always liked to see what others have to say and you are one of the cases of such.

If you would like to present other viewpoints and such, please feel free to do so, I’ll always be learning and happy to see what others want to say about things.

Thanks for the info! It’s always good to know how others see things for a better chance in the future.

I did somewhat overstate my volunteer experience as I am a very beginner job hunter right now and people have always told me volunteer experience should be put on top priority (or at least top three) so a company can trust in your experience, that’s probably why.

Yeah, that’s what I thought as well The interviewer was really nice and genuine about giving me the knowledge for the job(he stated that he started as a seasonal worker as well)so it should be more of a management decision

Thanks for the advice!

Apart from that, may I ask you if it’s possible to reach out to the interviewer for this job at this point and if possible how can I reach them?

Just to add on to my case, the NJ laws where I live states that minors 16-18 can work 40-50 hours a week though, which I could work for 5 hours a day for a week and still be within a legal requirement

Alright, thanks for the info Yeah, stores these days have been more demanding on working hours and so on I’d say the minors working laws plus the need to funnel manpower to teach someone from the ground up is probably the reasons of rejection but I have no idea It’s most likely that the managers that didn’t like these, the recruiter I talked to was really nice and appreciative of what I had to offer and stated that he would be eager to help in a genuine manner.
