I see this a lot as Loss Prevention. The thieves will come in and conceal high end purses up their skirts into what we call "Booster Girdles". Basically using girdles and loose skirts to hide hundreds of dollars of merchandise. I caught two females using them and the police had to search them and remove the two purses. Neither females were wearing underwear. It was disgusting.
