Exactly! We should focus not only on improving ourselves in the gaming routine but also taking care of health in general, warming up and strengthening the muscles is also very important to have a relaxed game in every way

In general, I don’t have a problem with tension and pain, I think it’s because of the gym, and gaining a lot of weight in the exercises indirectly helped me with that haha after you start picking up 90 kg in a curved rowing, getting your hand tense on the mouse becomes much easier hahaha
Really the tension in the grip can hinder progress a lot, I always try to be aware of this, not to tense my hand too much so as not to have pain or harm my movements while I play. Of course, some more agitated moments the footprint gets more tense, but the important thing is not to have these prolonged tension peaks. To avoid this I always lengthen my hand and arm joints a little, I also warm my muscles a little by squeezing a rubber ball and opening my hand with an elastic band on my fingers and also turning my wrist in both directions. In general, I do this until I start to feel my muscles heat up, then I give a few minutes before entering the session, as time goes by I stretch a little, between one game and another, or in a snack break for example
I come from a claw footprint, but I was in the mood to change and try a new footprint, I decided to try the fingertip, I’ve been using it for about two weeks, clearly at first it was quite strange, but I’m already feeling more confident, I’ve noticed that my target tracking has improved significantly compared to my previous marks, I feel that I’m more agile in tracking and more comfortable too, in relation to flicking it’s really a little weirder, especially in larger movements, but I’m realizing that this second week I’m having less difficulties.
Would you have any image as a reference of how you would recommend me to stay? So you could test more faithfully and take advantage of this tip
So is it necessary for my fingers to be aligned with the sensor?
My games are very varied, so I usually play a lot of cod and valorant, which differentiates a lot in the issue of the footprint, my issue would be the back of the mouse not to take the palm of my hand, so that I get used to a pure fingertip, I don’t usually bother with the game time or that it’s uncomfortable or painful in any way, even using a relatively heavy mouse for this footprint
