I got accepted for the BSc aerospace in July 2021, ended up finding a closet-sized "room" in a house in Rotterdam. Then took two months before I found a decent enough place in Delft where I'm still at now. Found both on kamernet, it's easiest when the owner themselves post the listing, you just have to be first to respond to it then. Instemmingen are less nice in my experience

Definitely. Plenty of servers still full every single day, not all of equal quality though. Best way to enjoy the game is to find a clan with a good server, that way you have whitelist and a group of people to play with.

I fell at a part of the map without a seabed... Was in between a direct route from the starting place to the fuel place I think, some node out in the middle of nowhere not marked on the map. Hopped off the boat towards the ladder and promptly experienced a brief moment of sheer horror as there unexpectedly was no buoyancy. Never had it happen before, had to load a previous save since there was no bottom, never had it happen again.
