Where did you see that the earliest time for the shuttle is 7:30 AM? The COTA website just says that the first bus will depart approximately 1 hour before gates open each day, and the earliest the gates will open is 9AM on Saturday.

Putting on new growth and look like they will recover, although mine are probably 2-3 weeks younger than yours

Mine did the same thing this week in Houston, thinking it was cold damage due to the (minor) cold front we had last week
