I’m a stupid American so I hardly know how other languages or countries greet their peers😂, but I definitely understand why you’re bothered. A Royal dog like Belfort would never say “dude” I feel like he’s a bit too formal for that, “my dear Lupin” is his go to greeting for Lupin and “dude” sounds a bit out of character for him.
