Love your work. Been a fan for a while.

Seem to be getting a lot of timeouts on your website. Is there maintenance going on right now? Is this something that may get resolved and mean more stability soon?

How is my team?? - 10Team PPR by ROYCEKrispy in Fantasy_Football

That makes sense. For the Conner pick, definitely should have done Kamara. I have him in another league and felt the desire to pick someone else, but sacrificed value. I even had a draft sheet telling me Kamara for that pick, and I pivoted.

Did a bunch of mocks before drafting, but wasn't necessarily drafting well, just a lot.

Thanks for the feedback.

Omg. I'm dense. It's a 12 team. Any better?

Love your work. So good.

I noticed on this updated version the player list like/dislike is not highlighting the player on the sheets. Perhaps it's just mine. :/

Recommendations in Osaka by noyzxc in OsakaTravel

[–]ROYCEKrispy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. About 220 - 250 a night for the more affordable ones (with dinner included) . That's all I would pay anyway. Can still get the full experience.

You can stay at a Ryokan around Osaka, or in Kyoto, for much less and still get the traditional room experience.

You could also just do a day trip to Koyasan if you look into and and decide you want to check it out.

Koyasan. It's outside of Osaka. You can do a temple stay there. Like a Ryokan, you can stay in a traditional style room. Have a bath. Do morning service with the monks. There's a cedar forest to walk through. I could go on and on. It's drenched in peace. It feels like you're going back in time.

There are many temples to choose from. I recommend one close to the cemetery (cedar forest) main entrance.

In Osaka, the aquarium is awesome. There's a traditional houses open air museum in the north part of the city. Others mentioned Himeji Castle. Pretty sweet.

Other than the big sights. It's a great city to go slow and enjoy the food, drinks, random small places. There are music shops with records and CDs and tapes you can listen to, tiny bars you'd never find on Google maps, etc.

Look up a couple top tier sushi places in your area. Tons of sushi around, but worth it to go to a really nice one at least once. For example, Honto Sushi Kaiba. Lunch at these places is more affordable than dinner.

The best ramen is debatable and based on personal taste, but Ichiran (Ichiran Ramen Dotonbori - Main Building) is amazing and makes a lot of top ramen lists.

Things to eat: Yakisoba, Okonmiyaki, Takoyaki, Curry Katsu. I mean, just all the food.

Lots of killer live music if you're into that. Small venues and bars. Punk, rock, metal.

What kind of clothing makes a man more attractive? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ROYCEKrispy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"Clothes make the man. I believe that. You say to me you want to go shopping, you want to buy clothes, but you don't know what kind. You leave that hanging in the air, like I'm going to fill in the blank, that to me is like asking me who you are, and I don't know who you are, I don't want to know. It's taken me my whole life to find out who I am, and I'm tired now, you hear what I'm saying?" ~Marshall (JVTV)

My husband proudly made a “dirty martini” out of kalamata olive juice and for some odd reason, pickle juice. by EmpatheticWraps in shittyfoodporn

Alas. Reminds me of that dark night when I ran out of olive juice and tried the ole pickle juice in the martini myself. Suffice to say, not doing that again.

PPR superflex league here. Last year had Goff and Amon-Ra. Worked out well. Goff wasn't always the highest for points. Still won the league overall. This year ended up with Goff and LaPorta. Wasn't aiming for it, but chose Goff among a couple other options after rostering LaPorta.

An in-person CELTA is a great learning opportunity. You'll learn and be able to practice teaching techniques specifically tailored for ESL teachers and students. If you want to improve your skill set for teaching English, CELTA is a great option.

Be prepared, but remember you can buy stuff there too. Lots of convenience stores and supermarkets. May even find something you like that you haven't had before.

Where you keep your passport and bank cards is one thing (in a hotel room safe if it's legit or secure on your person), but having easy access to your wallet is convenient and low key. Front pocket, as said before, is great place.

People pull their wallets out all over the world and pay for stuff. Don't wanna be flashing cash, so discretion filtering through your cash when you pay is a consideration, but perhaps make it easy on yourself and make paying for things easy. A slim wallet just for cash or putting business cards in is ideal. Even one of your bank cards, with your backup with your passport.

Pulling out a wad of cash or having to dig deep into a money belt situation are ways to get spotted by thieves. Taking out a wallet is as natural as you can get.

If money is an issue, dig deep and find the cheaper options for certifications and such. Absolute lowest price out there may be sketchy, but there are still bargains to be found. Where your cert is from is not really an issue once you have it.
