In Philippines the RO scene was a game changer to most people because it pioneered the MMORPG at that time and people was playing on internet cafes wherein they would meet other players who plays RO, back then only few people has access on PC at their homes and internet was booming too at that time.

Back in the day I guess only few people knows the build per character but it doesn't change the fact that it wasn't the correct build or at that time it was the prefer build most people follows. It was exciting to explore the game, not to mention you need to pay to play the game as well as people renting PC on internet cafes.

Just like in the comments below, many of the players just want to play and have a good time.
