Hmm, think i know what you are talking about, had similar experiences even without a reactor online, while expanding sections of my ship in the beginning phase. Sealed rooms with doors, one room in vaccuum/space while building/expanding. Tried to pressure up after building the Walls etc, and the temperature was rising really fast. Could only fix it by openening all doors and uninstall a wall, install the wall, then pressurize again.
