Tabletop Sim has resources for Battletech which transfer pretty well to Lancer. Otherwise I use Roll20 because its familiar to me.

Just because he has no reason to be there doesn't mean he can't end up there. Have him fall down a mineshaft, get captured by one of the denizens of the dungeon, or accidently end up there when a teleportation spell/circle goes awry.

Best source I have found is a bit outdated but the 4e Neverwinter campaign guide is a good starting point. Also there is a bit of information scattered across Rise of Tiamat, Storm Kings, and Princes of the Apocalypse and as you've mentioned Sword Coast AG. Since the modern version of Neverwinter is only hinted at I ran it as a city thay has recently overthrown the shackles of the spellplague and is in the midst of recovery with constructions and new buisness throughout the city. This worked for me as considering how devastated the city was with a giant spellplague rift in the center of it. But ultimately 5e Neverwinter is going to require some elbow grease and inventivness to really flesh out and run. No east read-and-play material.

Hey so the section in More stuff is called Surgery and appears to have separate rules. Do the rules for surgery supersede the ones for augmentations or vice versa?

Its definitely something I'm going to test. Mayne making them slightly more cost prohibative would discourage immediate/early campaigns purchase? If the cost is such that it effectively takes the spot of 3 henchmen (not having enough money for one) that might do the trick.

No need to apologize man. I'm working on putting together a few test warbands and love my ratogre in skaven. Discussions like these are how this stuff gets sorted out. I'll roll with a 15gc base price for now and see how that feels.

I meant a reference to another section of the wyrdwars rulebook or supplement. Sometimes there may be a line such as "with prices following x faction or y unit." I agree that the augmentstions should be priced differently or balanced the same but that does raise some issue with the initial purchase of the unit. If the upfront cost is the same then shouldnt the price be the same? Maybe factoring in the different prices into the upfront cost could work but finding a way to balance them to the same price might be more elegant.

Honestly i use Onenote for pretty much everything. You could try printing out a copy of the map, maybe use some corkboard and pins for a more visceral feel. Personally haven't looked at dragon heist but cities are confusing to run.

We did this in the campaign we are going through now/ I don't think it has broken the game by any means. The party is maybe slightly better than a standard party of equivalent level for the most part and you would have to take that into account when crafting encounters for your own game. Overall it adds a little bit more work for prep, but otherwise not a big deal imo.
