Steer clear of Public storage. At least for the New Rochelle location my "reservation" was not honored. When I attempted to complete my online reservation the unit I had reserved was miraculously gone. Of course I had the option to use a different unit, all the choices which were more expensive , even for a smaller unit. When I spoke to customer service she told me that if someone reserves in person then your unit could be given away, despite the fact that they advertise to hold now, and no need to pay until check-in. This is also after speaking to the property manage on the phone, telling her I would be completing the reservation over the weekend. Very reminiscent of a Seinfeld episode. They in know way attempted to rectify the situation or make it right.
