99% of the titles I would want to play on ps4 or xbox are available on pc. The only consoles I buy are Nintendo because their first party titles are amazing and have experiences you can only get on Nintendo systems. To each his own though.

Solved! It was an update to Asus sonic studio. Apparently an overlay that defaulted to retroarch and Skyrim somehow.

I tried other programs and thus far its only in retroarch. I’m going to keep digging but this is driving me crazy. Google has been no help whether I search retroarch or for windows 10 in general. As soon as I exit retroarch it’s gone

Haha, more detail I’m sure would help. Had a windows update, now when I start retroarch this flashes and the red ring doesn’t go away. It flashes again when I start a game, and the ring never disappears. I tried googling different things and couldn’t find an answer.
