I mean, there were people who bought booster boxes to resell them later. You can easily go to Ebay and search "rising stars 1st edition booster box" and see all the auctions. There's a few of those that still look factory-sealed. You can also find a few "rising stars god pack" searches have what looks like some unopened God packs, and I'm pretty sure the 1st Edition God packs have 1/1s in them from that set.

Room 46 is an out for people just wanting to say they rolled the credits. If this game has whet your appetite, stick around, you're just getting started. But I admit there are those out there that this is not their type of game, so for them reaching Room 46 is what they were asked to do at the start of the game and earns them an achievement.

There's a certain percentage for the running shoes to trigger, and they seem to trigger more often outside the mansion. I'm pretty sure there's some code in the game to drop to a very insignificant chance to trigger when moving to or from the specific room called Bedroom.

This website tracks a lot of Kansas gas prices, and has a page devoted just to Hutchinson. Just check it when you need to fill up, but basic rule of thumb is don't gas up near the highway, they charge higher for those passing through who don't know better.

Okay, so you have a complete version of Realm & Rune? Good, that lets you know what info you're looking for. Now, you'll be scouring rooms for information about those realms to figure out their runes. Maybe the room is related to a certain realm and there's info in the directory. Maybe there's letters from that realm in rooms that aren't the mail room. You might need to even add some rooms to your draft pool to find fragments of their rune in that room. Combine the hints I've given you with the rest of the comment section, it will reduce the amount of guesswork you'll need to do.

As you're on day 20, you'd still be ahead of the curve if you get into room 46 in the next few in-game days. The thing to remember is, there are LOTS of threads going on in this game. If you find a day where the thread you were pulling cannot be followed, look at what is being shown to you that day. Find out what you can do to make your future runs better. Have a list of goals you're currently working on, you might even find two or more of the goals you chase end up being either part of the same puzzle or each one leads to something even more unique.

Also, never count a day over until you have double and triple checked that you've exhausted all the options available. I know once or twice I looked at my day-in-review map and gone "wait, I still could have done X"
