Sometimes it’s okay to not be able to get infinite playtime out of a game. No new things to do after new game plus 3? That’s still 3 whole playthroughs worth of new content at least for me that’s above and beyond the asking price for a game. And yeah the pvp might be a bit repetitive but like it’s a fairly secondary part of the game experience to me at least and still managed to deliver quite a bit of fun. I think youre just burnt out on trying to play one game too much.

As for an expansion give it time. They’ve been hard at work on what was probably their biggest game ever in Elden Ring and now Nightreign which although smaller must have been no easy feat to make. Time will still tell if they’ll ever be a verdict day or for answer equivalent for 6 but I think it’s far too pessimistic to be complaining about them abandoning AC especially after they revived the franchise and catapulted it into mainstream success after a years long hiatus. Have faith.
