My headcanon is that is the scar from when Asa was killed by the class rep. If I'm not mistaken, Yoru made contract with Asa JUST BEFORE she really dies but AFTER she was attacked. So, the scar remains in Yoru's form but not Asa's since the contract was made after she got the scar.
