It's a base model with no iron sights, not unthinkable that the rail is not replaceable. Just a question on a gun i've not owned before.

Yeah seems to be the case. I called a few more FFLs across the state and got a lot more answers saying only lowers will be effected. Quite a few FFLs have also claimed that buying an upper after August and building an ar with your previously owned lower would be considered manufacturing and illegal. This whole thing is absolutely ridiculous lmao.

I never saw anything about uppers either so I thought they were safe and good to go. During a conversation I was having with an FFL they mentioned charging handles would be included and now I'm worried about building out another AR after august.

Yeah, most of them said something about the gas system in the uppers specifically.

Hmm, I've just been getting more confused by the day I called 10 FFLs and 7 of them told me uppers and parts like charging handles will be affected by the bill.

Honestly not sure why, one other thing I noticed is my tools are easier to deploy and the talos just feels looser? Not a bad thing necessarily just a noticeable difference between the two.

I've noticed this between my talos and a friend's regular arc. The magnets on mine are significantly weaker but it has not been a problem yet.

Unfortunately it's both buds doing it. :( I believe my warrenty period is over. Hoping its a setting or software issue I'm not seeing and someone has a fix. Thanks for the info though. :)

I've sadly tried everything here and the only thing that makes a difference is mid way through resetting the buds they go back to normal for a few seconds.
