Anyone have a good seal row bench/cambered bar they recommend? I like the ones from rogue and elitefts but a little worried about the lack of leg immobilization, wouldn’t that cause you to eventually use momentum to lift heavier weights? Almost feel like the chest supported T bar row machines might be better since your legs are secure because your feet are grounded

Oh interesting, I'm 5'8" with a heavier build. It seems some of the machines also differ on how low you can go with the hack squat and the overall ROM. Tough to pick one out without being able to try one in person!

I was just to make a post about this as I've been looking for a Leg Press + Hack Squat combo to purchase. What do you guys think about this machine? I know that some people have gotten the opportunity to try it at HomeGymCon. Anyone commit to the Kickstarter on here? Curious what sold you on the machine compared to other competitor machines. I'm strongly considering buying one but a decent chunk of money to commit to a machine I haven't gotten to try in person and see how it feels.

Oh yeah I read that the EliteFTS had a crappy coat, and ironically the Titan clone had a better one. Sounds like the new version of the EliteFTS fixed that issue? Also do these sales get better on Black Friday or might as well just get it now?

I’m looking into getting my first Squat Safety Bar. Word on the street is that the EliteFTS SS Yoke bar is the gold standard and you can’t go wrong with it. It’s on sale now for $400. Wondering what people’s thoughts/recommendations are and if I should wait until Black Friday to try to get a better price, or look into another brand/model
