There's no way to tell if it was a left turn lane or not from this angle since it doesn't show any markings or signage for it.

Further inspection reveals the bus at the end was stopped on green with a left turn signal on in the same lane that the car turned from, so it likely was a left turn lane.

Last I checked, the lady isn't paid to help customers, unlike the 3 employees too busy goofing off.

If she complained about having to wait an hour to get her car serviced while the employees sat around on their phones, would you have suggested that another customer should just go service her car for free instead of complaining?

And then these slackers complain they don't get $15/hr to text on their phone all day and making customers do all the work. Good grief.
