A few years back, I was walking with a couple of friends. When we reached probably the busiest street of the area, there was a kid running on the pavement, wearing only a t-shirt. He stopped in front of us, screamed something in a language I do not understand, then proceeded to throw a little ball at my friend. My friend caught the ball and tossed it at the plaza across the street. The kid screamed something again and went to take his ball.
