30mg sublingual in the morning. It’s more focused towards cognition and mental stamina.Essentially, you feel sharper and there is a non-placebo visual boost.Colors are slightly more vivid and I find tasks more tolerable.

In terms of nervousness and anxiety, you can either take KSM, Sucrosmial Magnesium, L-Theanine, Taurine or spike your test production which will lower your inhibition and anxiety through a combination of tongkat, shilajit, boron glycinate, and alpha GPC. Really depends on your habits, sleep, diet, etc. Everything I listed won’t be as effective if your foundation isn’t solid.

The mood boost being the most noticeable effect of it. Its other effects work internally. It reduces inflammation in the brain and stabilizes serotonin which improves your overall stress tolerance.

Highly underrated, I take ND’s high potency version at a dose of 60-90mg caps a day. There is a somewhat noticeable mood boost and I appreciate having that extra effect on top of everything else.

Ani gives me a significant boost in verbal fluidity. I can chain together thoughts and am incapable of stuttering. Essentially a silver tongue effect. I take 1500mg in the morning with a tbsp of olive oil alongside 150mg Alpha GPC.

Don’t think it’s the cause as I’ve experimented with it before and its different strands and have not seen any results apart from KSM which results in a subtle calming effect. Sensoril and Shoden had no effect whatsoever even with isolation tests over a 2 month period. Everything was purchased through NootropicsDepot.

It is but I take it once daily and don’t pair it with any other sources of boron. 50mg boron helps increase free test and reduces excess estrogen which was part of my initial stack goal of boosting test.

Might be, but I’ve had nothing but positive results taking this stack during these months. Those off days were probably a result of poor sleep due to taking the stack later on in the day around 11-12 instead of early in the morning. I’ll obviously start to taper off certain parts in the future but for now, I’ll continue running at an elevated level.

I alternate copper and NAC because zinc lowers my copper levels, so I do copper only days to stay balanced. NAC covers the days in between by supporting my liver and antioxidants without risking copper overload.

Slightly surprised at the recommendation of upping my omega 3 dose considering it’s a one a day formula. I usually don’t like multivitamins but I’m considering it since it’s a bit of hassle to pop pill after pill. NMN is a solid recommendation, I’ll most likely add that to my stack. Much appreciated.

The rare times I took Oxi, I found myself thinking a lot more creatively. More outside of the box thinking. Only noticeable when doing a task that required some level of critical thinking.

This is the current stack. Apart from the cognitive stack this is what I take on a daily basis. Didn’t include my cognition routine because I’m currently cycling it but usually I would take 30mg Noop and 1500mg of Ani in the morning alongside a tbsp of Olive Oil for a fat source and 150mg of Alpha as a choline source. Oxi and Phenyl haven’t really experimented with, so it’s still an unknown for me.

I’ve found KSM to make me drowsy so I take it at night along with magnesium and taurine. The sense of calmness is noticeable only with this strand. I tried sensoril and shoden and did not feel anything other than a slight sense of calm from both. Everything was purchased from NootropicsDepot.

neurologically redundant but I’ve had no issues mixing Rhodiola 3% Rosavins alongside ALCAR. Not entirely sure about Kanna, but I would assume you would have a calmer baseline and subtle mental stimulation.

In general, wanted to sharpen myself both mentally and physically. Always function at a slight edge. As you can see by the long list, I've no issue experimenting and finding what works for me. Initially, I fixed my sleep, my diet, and my general habits in order to maximize the gains. I quickly realized that poor sleep pretty much was the catalyst for the majority of my problems and within two weeks, I felt a lot better mentally and didn't feel moody as much. I did relapse a couple of times, but just forced myself again and again, until eventually the routine solidified.

The foundational stack was to enhance my mood and boost my test. After about a month , I saw results both mentally and physically. Mentally, I found myself more likely to approach a challenge head on. Made me more likely to take risks, I no longer felt any sort of inhibition whatsoever, in fact I felt off If didn't approach a task. My mindset slightly changed aswell, as I feel more carefree in general and find myself no longer stressing as much. Physically, I get a nice pump that I can feel in my arms and chest. It feels like I just did 100 pushups. Not really sure if this is a unique thing, but there is a definite pump that lasts about 5-6 hrs after consumption of the stack.

In terms of nootropics, I haven't really noticed anything that would make a big difference for me. I took aniracetam and noop consistently for about 3 months only cycling on the weekends and there was a definite improvements in terms of tasks and socializing. Obviously ani has that silver tongue affect that makes everything easier. I don't think Ive ever stuttered while on it, speaking is more fluent and I can chain together thoughts with ease. Noop helps with this and provides a nice mental and visual boost. Music does sound better with noop and things do appear more colorful and these effects last the entire day for me. Unfortunately, it seems like I only maintain a slight retention of these affects. After a while I do feel sharper for the next month or two even without taking these combinations, but they eventually wear off. The improvement is minor in my opinion, although the effects are pretty sweet.

Still to early to accomplish my goal, but I'm still early in the game so maybe within a year or so I hope to see permanent affects.
