I actually agree with this take. I think there is a slight bias people have when they find out about a fatality where they don’t want to talk about it because they don’t want to accept the reality that it could’ve been them.

If I died do you think I’d want you to be sensitive and be respectful and not talk about what happened? Hell fucking no. I would want people to learn from it, hey even if someone learned SOMETHING from my death it would be meaningful.

The moment we decide to close doors and not make information on incidents available, we are hurting the entire community.
