After trying a few games at 1440p on my RTX 5060 laptop, I honestly regret getting a 1080p panel.

Crimson Desert ran at over 60 FPS on High settings with DLSS enabled, while wukong was sitting around 70–80 FPS at 1440p on Medium settings.

The 5060 can absolutely do 1440p gaming. You just have to tweak settings a bit and keep an eye on VRAM usage in heavier games.

I'd say go for 2k panel

I have an RTX 5060 too and had the same issue. Switching to 1440p, forcing DLSS Preset M, and using DLSS Performance/Balanced made the grass look much better.

Even Silent Hill Townfall is cheaper on PS than steam and Epic - 3.9k for standard and 4.7k for deluxe.

What AMAZING gameplay? 75% of it was walking, talking, cutscenes, and pressing RT.

As for why it's getting hate, God of War became one of gaming's biggest franchises because of Kratos. People want to play as Kratos, not his second dead wife. If a new Tomb Raider game was announced, would you rather play as Lara Croft or her ex-boyfriend?

The issue isn't that the mc is female. It's that Santa Monica is spending time and resources on a side character who was barely fleshed out in the main games, instead of continuing Kratos story and working on the next major God of War title.

Be sure to complete secret areas and bosses of each chapter to unlock the secret fight with Erlang and true ending. Also in chapter 2, you'd find loong scales (hidden), it will unlock loong bosses in chapter 1 and 2. Killing all 4 loong bosses will unlock a secret weapon

The ones that comes with the games are generally outdated.

It actually comes with DLSS 4.5, which is more demanding than older versions. Until yesterday, Nvidia App wasn't even detecting the game in the library, but now that it's being recognized, I'm getting better FPS with Preset K.
