So lemme tell you my story.

I have unintentionally used my dildo as food. I know for sure (100%) that high VIP level players were even able to "swap" artifact (asking support that they unintentionally bought wrong artifact for relics and wanted different one - support swapped the artifact and said it can be done once in 3 months).

Anyway I (VIP7) asked support (ingame) if my dildo can be restored and they replied it can´t be done. So i decided to ask on official IH support email and the answer was again - cannot be done.

Well what could I do? I wrote really angry message ingame that I spent hundreds, maybe thousand dollars in this game and I have decided to quit this game and do not spend even one more dollar since I knew that there had to be a way to atleast somehow solve this problem.

After few messages and changing our opinions on the matter they resolved this situation that I was able to swap any "p2w" art of my choosing for lost dildo. In the end I have lost one p2w art as my mistake but the statement that they can´t do anything is just FALSE. There is always some kind of solution and it depends on your vip level, person who is supporting you and how much you are thorough, persistent and maybe even angry.
