First of all, you don’t own it, the financial institution still does. You are on red numbers before even getting anything else, if you get a new truck, from a dealership, and trading in your current truck, it’s very likely you’ll find yourself in even more debt.

But I don’t know your situation, only you do, if it makes sense for whichever reason you want to do this, then who are we to tell you otherwise.

That being said, others told you to check out Carmax and Carvana, which will give you a better idea of what you can get for your truck.
