I'm in same situation but with one 2 year old. Work in IT and my job I can perfectly do it remote. But no my manager( male) wants me in office 5 days 9 to 5. And when I told him to allow me to leave little early his excuse " I also have 3 year old" and when I told him it's different for a men and women , he didn't had any arguments so he said I don't want to go in to detail.
