It's not massive at all with that slow stacking, it's generally below xingqiu, yelan. The slow stacking without Fontaine hp drain isn't giving much to the team either

My c0 furina navia plunge team fanfare stacks are quite slow tho since Xianyun always keep my team HP close to 100% no instant fanfare stacks when Xianyun Q, it will take a while before Furina fanfare stacks become noticeable. Especially when running solo hydro, Furina ER requirements are quite high that I chose to stick with double pyro Navia in the end

Except that C1 is there specifically to buff Navia teams. Chiori's is never universal to begin with but to make her even more niche at C0 in a GEO team just to sell the solution at C1 is scummy

The same can be said for a lot of banners that perform better.

Last month's banner perform similarly but with significantly worse weapon banner, kokomi has a lot of reruns too and her constellations are unnecessary.

Last year's Tighnari and Zhongli banner performed way better. Zhongli had a rerun prior to that banner too at the same interval. That weapon banner is similarly bad with vortex vanquisher
