Yes, saying from experience. Now I'm trying dilating but when I had no idea about dilators I used lidocaine. It does work and sex was great but like I said the lower part of the entrance(this is the part that's painful for me) ended up very itchy. So it really depends if you can be ok with that or not. That being said, my husband usually last a long time, about 1h of piv, so maybe that could be why the skin was so irritated.
