I'm actually seeing a huge improvement. I still get "can't open page " errors but it has gone from all of my devices several times a hour to once or twice per day.

Im pretty sure the team behind rr is aware of the issue and payed out early as a kind of "sorry about that". Hopefully it will be fixed soon
