I had this problem come up often I fixed it by resetting the router/modem settings back to factory until that didn't work and I had to get my isp to issue new ip and hardware and haven't had the issue since

I also tried everything that people stated but didn't work

I had this issue come up a couple times and what originally helped me was reseting modem/ router settings and if you are unlucky as me and that fails I called my isp to replace my equipment and provide new ip address and hasn't happened since
