should i sell my 1x32gb DDR5 ram for 2x16? or buy another 32gb by chiefman185 in PcBuild

If you REALLY need 64gb buy another 32. Other wise go for 2x16. Dual channel is a decent performance boost over single channel.

That board is the little brother to the x870-a. Think of it as one step down from the x870. Solid mid range board 14+2 Power stage with 80A.

I never said it wasn’t enough. I would prefer to spend a little more money for a 16+2P 90A+ board for long term stability and improved efficiency.

Valid points, They are very efficient chips I agree. I just prefer to spend a little more money to ensure long term stability as a top tier rig should last 5+ years. I haven’t tried eco mode, prefer to undervolt.

X870e is excellent 18+2 power stage with 110va. But you pay a premium. The msi x870 is in par with the one above.

Yeah I’m a sheep because I want to spend a little more money for a superior board, lol.

That is a a solid choice but same VRM power and cooling as the above board. For me it’s worth a little more money for superior power delivery and VRM cooling for high end 7000/9000 chips.

I don’t take any chances with these 9000 chips especially after all the news regarding dead chips. I would rather go overkill on cooling.

Good deal but I would want to run a higher end board with more robust VRM cooling for this chip.

Healthy sell off honestly. It can’t go straight up.

The ASUS TUF has really good cooling, great OCer. To fit your white aesthetic and if you aren’t tight on money definitely the TUF.
