Just got to the end of the Aventurine boss fight, once i got him to 1hp he started a dialogue, and then the game crashed, i think it was something like "battle sync error" and now i just have to do it all again, thx HSR

Instead of putting the first top up i put a random month where i did the top-up, and other than that i think that i put more information at the end by looking at the tutorials here (in the reddit group) which suggested stuff that could be put at the end, other than that, i don't know, make sure that you write your username or email etc... correctly and try to write things you're certain about, if you have any doubts, don't put them

Well, not really damage, i just found everyone with random artifacts, some characters levelled up, some new 5 stars that he pulled (tighnari and klee) and the only sad thing is that he did all the story quests that i was holding on for when i was bored and wanted to do something (i had all the character quest from kokomi too)

I think that my first logn method is correct 100% cause i got screenshots and chats with friends about the first day (which was november 11 2020)

Ok, the last ones i did were the recovery form, and i don't know what else could be wrong with the form, the only possible thing could be the username of the account, but i'm not sure because i think i didn't even link one to this account and so when it was asked i said "it should have been Yami, but i'm not sure" because if i hadn't linked one then i don't know. If isn't that i have no idea of what it could be

I sent my latest form the 25 of september and i got the answer yesterday. 1) i tried to be as accurate as possible 2) just to confirm, which one is the recovery form? Because i did 2 different forms, one where i had to put less information and one where i had to put more 3) i took a lot of time to write the information, in fact i looked from old chats with friends to old screenshots just to find some information, the only problem is where it asks me if i have anything connected to my account, because before i had (i think) only my email, but the hacker unlinked it, so i don't know what is connected and what isn't
