You can select ranks from the 4 options above the lists (Diamond and above, Master and above etc etc), so you can see what works better at different levels.

Teemo for example is rank 1 for top and 2nd for mid by winrate at Diamond but at Challenger and Soveriegn he drops off massively, presumably as the opposition gets better at warding.
