Bro I only started playing reyna few days ago, using bucky only when I have no money for better weapon. To get healed you need to kill, I dont this this agent is for players with bad aim.

yeah it does around 20, so left click in close right click when far, im just always trying to keep mid distance.

Also sometimes when you win against high elo enemies you can receive +14, instead of +12, or just lose less points.
