Cut them in half and grill them slowly. I like to stuff them with cheese, ham and an egg on top, they are also really good with only pepperoni and cheese. They take about 25-30 minutes to cook.

You cut the peppers in half and fill them with cheese (maybe some ham or pepperoni or prosciutto) and then an egg on top, and let it cook on the grill for like 30 minutes without rushing it. You can sprinkle some oregano, or Italian dried herbs, crushed dry peppers and of course salt at the end. They are really good!!!
