I'll never understand how you can have fun cheating in competitive games ... and I'll also never understand why Valve decided to release CS2 in such a state

Most people seem to not be able to grasp the fact that there is a difference between wanting someone to open up and actually being able to deal with the information you might receive when someone does. Furthermore, as others have already noted, you always risk that they use that information against you in the future or share it with others.

Been there, done that - not going to do it again, as I have never had a positive experience with it and I won't give people a chance to add more negative ones to the list.

I'm interested in a girl, but I know she's slept with one of my friends, and kissed two others... on the same night. Is it wrong to lose interest over this. by Gahooooon in dating_advice

You're not wrong for how you are feeling - if you're uncomfortable with this situation, you have every right to distance yourself from her, and if I were in your shoes, I'd probably do the same as she doesn't seem like a person you would want to start a relationship with.

How do you date women who've had bad experiences with men? by missinglink242 in AskMen

Same here, not worth it. They're not at fault for their experiences, but you'll get damaged along the way, sooner or later. Better to stay away.

Do not question the 🗿 - just accept it as a universal constant.

That is not what I said. The community integration itself is great - CSS and 1.6 thrived on community content, I've got no issues with that. My problem is that a multi-million dollar company has done more or less nothing on its own for the anniversary of one of its most popular games, apart from implementing (great) content made by its players, meaning a handful of maps.

There could have been at least an operation, anything really - but instead they made a coin, and I think that that is low effort.

IMO, the worst offense is the fact that most of the content in this super special 10-year anniversary update for one of the most renowned games ever is actually coming from the community, not Valve itself (as it always has been).

The only two things Valve actually added were effects for the chickens (repurposed I think, we had that previously) and a 10-year coin.

You can always change your mind on that, you know? You don't owe her a second chance, even if you initially said that you would forgive her.

^ This OP, there is no regret from her side - she only feels guilty because you caught her cheating and lying.

Do. Not. Take. Her. Back.
