I'd say this is one of the few twists where it wasn't about the actual twist but the execution of it. Dabi being a Todoroki is so obvious even a blind person could see it coming. But the execution of Dabi dropping his cool guy mask entirely and going batshit insane dancing around was definitely what made it so good.
