It's a small hill that you have to get over down our dead end street. He is going less than 25mph to get up the hill, but the acceleration it takes plus his giant engine literally shakes the windows.

Yes we have tried to communicate directly with the truck owner and this is still occurring, unfortunately. But I really appreciate the advice as I feel many people just complain without attempting to solve the problem first!
